Explorer Program

 Amery Area EMS offers an Explorer Program for area youth 14-18 years of age interested in pre-hospital emergency medical care. 

Explorers are eligible to train with the EMTs and Paramedics on regular shifts, and learn what it takes to be an EMT. You'll learn CPR/AED, First Aid, leadership and self reliance.

Amery Area EMS offers area youth the opportunity to learn from EMT's how to care for the sick and injured. This is a great way to learn about the medical community pursuing careers as Physicians, Nurses, Paramedics, EMT's and other health related fields.
